Terrible, never use

I used the app for many years, storing my passwords in the app and not even writing them down in other places. Until one day they decide that I need to access the email account I used to create the login, since I haven't used that account for years, and I don't know her password anymore, BUT I KNOW THE LASTPASS MASTER PASSWORD, always knew! But it's no use, they want me to know the password for the email I no longer use. And I couldn't recover this password with google. I lost all the passwords I spent years keeping in the app. And the support is VERY bad. Never use this application or any company product, they are not reliable.

No support and buggy

Basically I have lost all my passwords using Lastpass. I have my MS written on the paper - but for some reason Lastpass won't let me enter into my account. I am 100% confident that issue is on the Lastpass side since my MS is correct.

Turns out I can't even contact support since I am a free user. So Lastpass saying to its potential users to F off anyway. Switching to another service after I recover everything.

Ok product, shady business practices & terrible support

I've not had an issue with the actual product yet, but I was charged incorrectly when I tried to upgrade from a Premium to a Family plan, and it's been a nightmare trying to get this resolved. First a callback that never happened. Then engaging with someone over email support that only copies-and-pastes the same message that contradicts information on their own help pages. There are certainly better alternatives out there that provide the same service without scamming and gaslighting customers.

Buggy.

The interface is buggy. For example, if I try to put a password into a folder using the dropdown, it will tell me it's succeeded when it hasn't. If I drag it to a folder, it tells me what the problem is. This is just one problem i've faced trying to get Lastpass to work for me.

The issue is Lastpass expects you to trust it to store your sensitive data. How can we do this if their interface is buggy!

Contacting support yields unhelpful information.

Really frustrating.

The 'cancel subscription renewal' button not working

The 'cancel subscription renewal' button is not working. LastPass have taken the subscription and I have now had to block them via my bank account. Very trust worthy company to look after my passwords!!!!!

My phone was stolen.

While traveling in Europe my phone was stolen out of my hands while walking down the street. My phone case had 2 debit and 2 credit cards. I immediately went back to my computer to log into LastPass to cancel/lock my Cards. Logging in requires 2FA. Without my phone this is impossible. It is also impossible to remove 2FA yourself on the LastPass website, Although the website claims it is possible. I first contacted 24/7 support to have 2FA removed. I was asked security questions and answered. over 30 hours later I received no response. I had to then purchase a phone to have LastPass call me and talk to support staff to have 2FA removed. Online support was a complete failure. 30 extra hours of thieves with my credit card cost more that $2,000.00 in added credit card purchases I could have avoided if LastPass had simply responded to my email. Did CEO Wager not consider 2FA when customers have lost or stolen phones. 24/7 support staff could have avoided the cost to myself and my financial institutions thousand of dollars and hours time. What a complete failure in customer support. 2FA needs to go and support needs to respond or class action lawsuits will certainly follow LastPass horrible customer service. Below does not exist on the LastPass website. This is a false and fraudulent claim.
Log in to LastPass with your email address and master password from your desktop or another device. Click Additional Multifactor Options. When prompted, click the I've lost my app name device hyperlink on the bottom of the window. When prompted, enter your email address, then click Send Email.

Terrible, unreliable customer service

It's fine until they lock you out of your account. Then you had to pay to contact support so you can get back in. Terrible service and I don't want to store my info with them anymore but I can't log in to delete my account without paying for the privilege!

Just my luck to need support.

Just my luck to need support after renewing my subscription. I restart my PC after a Microsoft upgrade. I`m asked to enter my MS password during the start up. Guess where that password is stored! I need to access LastPass to get the password but need the password to start MS to access LastPass. No luck getting advice or support from LastPass. Might have to reset all my passwords manually, I don`t know.
